Is delivery really to a room of choice?

Yes - all beds include Room of Choice delivery (where safe access allows), so your items can be delivered inside the room you need, not just the doorstep.

Can I choose a delivery date?

On many bestselling items, yes. If your product qualifies, you’ll see a delivery date picker on the product page or at checkout. If not, it simply means there’s a longer lead time and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready to book delivery.

Will I get tracking and delivery updates?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates by email, plus a 3-hour delivery window (usually the day before). Where available, the driver will also give a 60-minute courtesy call before arrival.

Can I place an order now and delay delivery?

Yes absolutely. If you’d like to secure the item now but arrange delivery for later, we can hold your order for up to 4 months.

Simply place your order as normal and leave a note at checkout (or email us straight after ordering) with your preferred delivery timing, and we’ll work with you to book a date that suits.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes of course - you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a fault?

No stress - we’ll put it right quickly. If something arrives damaged, missing parts, or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos, and we’ll arrange the fastest solution (usually replacement parts or a repair, and a replacement/refund if needed).

Can I return a bed after it’s been assembled?

Change-of-mind returns aren’t possible once an item has been assembled.

However, if there’s a confirmed manufacturing fault, it’s still covered and we’ll support you with parts, repair, or the correct resolution.

Can I return a mattress if it’s been opened?

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they remain sealed in their protective packaging (unless faulty). If you’re unsure before opening it, just message us and we’ll happily advise.

Description

The Eton packs a bedroom into one frame. A raised single bed with three drawers, nine shelves and a pull-out desk on wheels beneath it, so your child has somewhere to sleep, work and keep everything they own without the furniture swallowing the floor.

What makes it different from most mid sleepers is that the furniture underneath is freestanding. The drawer unit and shelving unit aren't fixed to the frame, so you can arrange them to suit the room, or move them out altogether and leave the space beneath the bed clear for a den. The desk rolls out on wheels when it's needed and tucks back when it isn't. The ladder fits either side during assembly.

At 134cm high it sits well below a high sleeper, which suits younger children and rooms with sloping ceilings. It's built from board with a matt foil finish, in white or white with oak, and it arrives flat-packed on a delivery date you choose at the cart. It's a two-person build. The Eton takes a standard UK single mattress, 90cm by 190cm, up to 18cm deep. That's deeper than most raised beds allow, so there's room for a more comfortable mattress without losing rail height. The depth is still a safety limit: anything over 18cm raises the sleeping surface and leaves less rail above it. The mattresses shown above are the right size and depth for this bed. The MemoryDream 15 is the one we'd put on it for most children, and the MemoryTeen 18 is there for when they're older.
