At Millie & Jones, we take pride in offering high-quality beds, mattresses, and furniture that stand the test of time. To ensure your complete satisfaction and confidence in your purchase, we provide a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty on all products.
🔹 Millie & Jones Warranty Overview
All products purchased from August 2024 onwards come with a five-year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
✔ Purchases made before August 2024 are covered by a one-year warranty.
✔ The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal domestic use.
✔ Important: Warranty claims may be void if product labels or serial numbers have been removed.
🔹 What Does the Warranty Cover?
✅ Materials & Craftsmanship: Covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Structural issues such as splitting, cracking, or warping.
- Faults with bed frames, divans, or furniture under normal domestic use.
✅ Mattress Deterioration: Covers:
- Sagging or indentations greater than 6 cm, when used on a suitable base.
- Physical flaws such as material splitting under normal use.
✅ Replacement or Refund: If your product has a manufacturing fault, you can choose from the following:
- A full refund, including shipping fees (if applicable).
- A replacement part or a full product replacement (if the original item is discontinued).
📌 Good to Know: If a minor fault was discounted at the time of purchase, returns based on that fault will not be accepted.
🔹 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
❌ Damage & Neglect:
- Accidental damage, burns, stains, spills, or misuse.
- Tears, rips, or other damage caused by improper care.
❌ Improper Assembly:
- Issues resulting from incorrect self-assembly.
- Failing to secure all parts properly as per the instructions.
❌ Incorrect Use:
- Using a mattress without proper support or on an unsuitable base.
- Not rotating or flipping the mattress when required.
❌ Modifications or Alterations:
- Drilling holes, adding fixtures, or modifying any part of the product.
❌ Pre-Owned or Resale Products:
- Products that were previously owned, resold, reconditioned, or marked as used.
🔹 Warranty Start & End Dates
✔ Start Date: Your warranty begins the day your product is delivered.
✔ End Date: Coverage ends five years from the delivery date.
📌 To ensure your claim remains valid, report any issues within 24 hours of discovery. If an item is disposed of before a claim decision is made, the warranty is void.
🔹 How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with the following details:
📸 Photos or videos showing the defect.
📏 Measurements of any indentations (for mattresses).
⚖ Weight of the primary user(s) (for weight-related defects).
📄 Order details, including name, address & order number.
🛏 Description of the issue and how the product has been used.
📌 For mattresses: Provide details about the base or support surface used.

🔹 If the Product is Not Covered
If your claim does not qualify under warranty, we will:
