At Millie & Jones, we are committed to fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery to all Mainland UK addresses. We offer flexible delivery options, including next working day delivery on many of our beds when ordered before midday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to certain offshore locations, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we are always happy to help you find the best possible delivery solution.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email. To ensure a smooth process:

✔ Pre-authorisation is applied to your payment method, but we don’t charge you immediately.
✔ We check availability with our warehouse or suppliers.
✔ If your item is in stock, we process the payment and prepare for dispatch.
✔ If an item isn’t immediately available, we’ll release the pre-authorisation and notify you promptly.
