2.2 Bunk Beds & High Sleepers:
- Top bunks and high sleepers are suitable only for children aged 6+ due to safety regulations (BS EN 747).
- Always adhere to the maximum mattress height stated in the product description.
2.3 Assembly & Maintenance: - Customers are responsible for correct assembly and must follow the provided instructions.
- Regularly check and tighten screws and bolts to ensure ongoing safety.
2.4 Weight Limits: - Beds are safety tested to 76kg, ensuring they meet UK compliance standards.
- Do not exceed the recommended weight limit, as this may compromise stability.
3️⃣ Orders & Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (subject to eligibility).
3.3 Pricing: All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

4.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver within mainland UK only.
4.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are subject to stock availability.

- Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

5.3 Return Shipping Costs: - Customers must cover return costs unless the product is faulty.

- Natural wear and tear or slight variations in materials/colour.

🔟 Mattress Guidance
10.1 Vacuum-Packed Mattresses: Allow up to 72 hours for full expansion after unboxing.
10.2 Mattress Care: Rotate and flip the mattress as recommended to maintain its lifespan.
10.3 Initial Odour: Some mattresses may have a temporary "new mattress smell", which naturally dissipates over time.

11.1 Ensure Products Fit: Before purchasing, check that all items will fit through doorways, stairs, and the intended room.
11.2 Keep Original Packaging: We advise keeping all packaging until the product is fully assembled and checked. Returns without original packaging may incur fees.
