2.2. For bunk beds and high sleepers:

  • Top bunks and high sleepers are suitable only for children aged 6 years and older.
  • Always adhere to the maximum mattress height specified in the product description.
    2.3. Customers are responsible for proper assembly and periodic maintenance of all products, including tightening screws and bolts.
    2.4. Do not exceed the weight limit specified for any product. Failure to comply may result in injury or product damage.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. Orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
3.2. Payments are accepted via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (subject to eligibility).
3.3. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.


4. Delivery

10.1. Allow mattresses up to 72 hours to fully expand after unboxing (for vacuum-packed products).
10.2. Rotate and flip mattresses as per the instructions to maintain shape and longevity.
10.3. Some odours may naturally occur during the initial weeks due to packaging.


11. Customer Responsibilities

11.1. Ensure all items fit through doorways, stairs, and into the intended room before ordering.
11.2. Keep original packaging until products are fully inspected and assembled. Returns without original packaging may incur additional fees.
