📩 When Will I Receive My Order Confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is processed. This confirms that we have received your order and payment.
🚚 What Happens After I Receive My Order Confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, our team immediately begins processing it. We coordinate with our warehouse and suppliers to ensure your item(s) are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.
- Most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.
- You will receive call, text, or email updates (optional) at key stages.
- Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link and estimated delivery slot.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated.
📍 Where Do You Deliver?
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:
❌ Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.
🚢 Do You Deliver to Jersey & Other Channel Islands?
We can ship your order to any mainland UK port or location of your choice, but it is the customer's responsibility to arrange onward shipping.

🌍 Do You Deliver Outside of the UK?
At this time, we only deliver within mainland UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
📦 Can My Order Be Delivered to a PO Box?
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. A full street address is required to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

📌 For safety reasons, we do not recommend high sleepers or top bunks for children under 6.
📏 What Is the Maximum Mattress Thickness for Bunk Beds, Mid Sleepers & High Sleepers?
To ensure guardrails provide adequate protection, mattresses used on raised beds must not exceed:
✔ Bunk Beds (Top Bunk): Max 15cm
✔ Mid Sleepers & Cabin Beds: Max 15cm
✔ High Sleepers: Max 15cm
📌 Why? This ensures the mattress sits below the guardrail height for safety compliance.
⚖ What Is the Weight Limit for Your Beds?
✔ Most children’s beds are safety-certified to 76kg, but designed with a strong frame to handle everyday use with ease.
✔ Standard single, double & king-size beds typically have higher weight capacities.
🛡 Do Your Beds Have Guard Rails?
✔ Bunk Beds & High Sleepers: Yes, all top bunks & high sleepers have guardrails on all sides for safety.
✔ Mid Sleepers: Yes, they typically include a single guardrail to prevent falls.
✔ Standard Beds: No guardrails included, but some models allow optional add-ons.

Yes! ✅ All of our beds meet UK & EU safety regulations, including:

No, mattresses are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

📦 Do Your Beds Come Flat-Packed or Fully Assembled?
✔ Most of our beds arrive flat-packed for safe and efficient shipping.
✔ Assembly is required, and instructions are included.
✔ Some beds offer an optional assembly service (check the product page).
🔧 Can I Return a Bed If It Has Been Assembled?
❌ Once a bed has been assembled, it cannot be returned unless faulty.
📌 We recommend checking all parts before assembly. If you have concerns, contact us first.
