I contacted Millie and Jones after a poor experience buying a bed from another retailer. Millie and Jones were very helpful and responded quickly to my queries, so I purchased from them instead. Customer service after I purchased was also excellent. Highly recommended!

I had email conversations with Angus and he was great! So information and ever so helpful. At first I decided against it and Angus was still willing to go that extra mile for me. I had to ship it to another country and Angus suggested other companies that might do similar beds in that country. I I absolutely loved this bed and due to Angus’s great service I decided to buy it. No regrets! My son loves his bed and loves to play in his room. Thank you.

Very straight forward to assemble. The dept in the drawers is amazing! Good to store big toys. It has space underneath the bed for storage or ‘a den’ as we’ve made it and then the obvious... the slide! My son loves it! Not to mention the company it’s self. Super helpful and assisting with all the delays I had to accepting the delivery. 10/10

Delivered really quickly. The bed and mattress is of good quality and made up quite easily. Each part was numbered which was so helpful and the draw runners were attached which was great

My daughter who is 11 loves the bed, desk and sofa. Great delivery driver who put the bed together in record time. Fantastic service. Was looking for a bed of quality and this certainly lived up to the previous reviews.

Not only has a nice look to it but is comfortable for adults as well as kids. We were wary at first after ordering from another site and being told it was out of stock and then having to fight for a refund but Millie & Jones were easy to deal with. Recommended for beds
