Delivery team, very polite and helpful . The bed took quite a long time for my husband and his friend to assemble but it is amazing. My son loves it. Thank you very much

Great customer service. The delivery guy was really helpful as well and carried it to the room for me as I couldn’t lift it on my own. Love the bed and it looks amazing, my kid is over the moon and can’t wait for her bestie to sleep over on the sofa bed. I built it on my own without an electric screwdriver in a small room, so it took all day but the end result is awesome!

Despite a few teething troubles where our original order became unavailable from the supplier we are very happy, the communication and customer service was excellent. Things do not always go to plan but it's how a company deals with this that matters and Millie and Jones were great sourcing us an alternative product at a reduced price! Very happy. The quality of the bed is superb, although the assembly of a solid quality product takes a few hours, if you are not that confident with these tasks then pay for the assembly service.

Very happy with the bed. Lovely and solid and will last my 3yo years, I expect!

My son loves the bed, and I find it very useful to have additional storage space, plus the desk to do the homework. The quality of the bad is okay, so is the price. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

My six year old loves her new “bunk bed”, which gives her much more useable space in her bedroom. The furniture is good quality and looks attractive, too.

Excellent build quality and my daughter loves it. There was a mistake with a part sent for Futon chair but friendly apologetic staff on the phone and the correct part was with me the next day.

Delivery of this bed was prompt (even after I declined the initial offered date), and it went together very easily with the clear instructions.

Bed seemed very squeaky at first, but that seems to have cleared up with a few days use.

It took a little while to build however once it was up, I couldn't get my son out of his room. The sofa under the bed is perfect for playing xbox and great for when friends come round.

We are very pleased with the bed itself, the desk space is excellent and my daughter loves it. However it was difficult to build and in the process we damaged the desk which was very frustrating due to a misunderstanding on the instructions. The finishing touches to conceal holes in the mattress base also wouldn’t fit which is a shame.

Thought we were getting the desk chair in the deal too. Suggest taking it out the picture.

Great bed and delighted with the finished product but …. we had a very capable guy to help us out when it arrived and it took a day to build. But when it’s done… 👍👍

I had email conversations with Angus and he was great! So information and ever so helpful. At first I decided against it and Angus was still willing to go that extra mile for me. I had to ship it to another country and Angus suggested other companies that might do similar beds in that country. I I absolutely loved this bed and due to Angus’s great service I decided to buy it. No regrets! My son loves his bed and loves to play in his room. Thank you.

The wood is so soft and screws would not even tight properly.

This bed works perfectly in our daughters small bedroom - the separate futon and desk gives much greater flexibility to make the most of the available space. The bed is good quality, very solid, with a nice finish and was very easy to assemble. Great customer service from Millie & Jones who took the trouble to call to make sure we were happy with the bed.

Beautiful sturdy bed with great storage.
Difficult to assemble - would be helpful if panels were numbered or something- heavy, ideally two people to assemble.

My daughter absolutely loves this bed and it’s really well made and feels very sturdy. She’s the envy of all her friends being able to slide out of bed in the morning! Customer service was excellent too - very happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend.
