At Millie & Jones, we’re committed to fast, reliable, and stress-free delivery—because we know how exciting (and important) it is when a new bed arrives.

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, offering flexible options including next working day delivery on selected beds when ordered before 12pm.

🚚 Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to:

  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Scilly Isles
  • Scottish Islands
  • Northern Ireland

📦 Need delivery to an offshore location?
We can deliver to any mainland UK freight forwarder or port. You're welcome to arrange your own onward shipping from there - and we’ll happily provide box dimensions if needed.

🕒 Choosing Your Delivery Date

If your item qualifies, you’ll see the option to choose a delivery date on the product page or at checkout (usually available on next-day beds ordered before midday).

If you don’t see a date picker, don’t worry - this means your bed has a slightly longer lead time (as shown at checkout). In that case, we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange delivery.

📦 What Happens After You Order

  • You’ll receive an instant order confirmation email
  • We’ll verify stock availability with our warehouse or suppliers
  • If your item is ready to go, we’ll process payment and dispatch
  • If there are any delays, we’ll notify you and keep you updated
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link and regular updates

📩 Delivery Notifications & Time Slots

We partner with trusted couriers to keep your delivery smooth and transparent.

You’ll receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation
  • Real-time updates via text or email
  • A 3-hour delivery window on the day
  • A call 60 minutes before arrival (where available)

🧰 Assembly via Taskrabbit (Most Beds)

For all other brands not listed above, we’ve partnered with Taskrabbit - the UK’s most trusted platform for home services, so you can arrange professional assembly at your convenience, after your delivery has arrived.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Once your bed has been delivered, click the link in your confirmation email or below.
  2. Enter your full postcode to see a list of available Taskers in your area.
  3. Choose your preferred Tasker based on reviews, availability, and budget.
  4. Book your assembly directly through Taskrabbit, with prices starting from less than £20/hour.

🔁 Rearranging Delivery

Need to reschedule your delivery date?
You can do this free of charge up until 12:00pm the working day before your scheduled delivery.

If changes are requested after this cut-off, a £54.00 redelivery fee will apply.

❗ Missed Deliveries & Access Issues

If you’re not available to receive your delivery on the agreed date, or if the courier cannot access your property due to incorrect information or lack of notice, a £54.00 redelivery fee will be charged.

📌 If you'd like your delivery left with a neighbour or in a safe place, please contact us in advance - we’ll confirm if this is possible based on the product and courier.
